The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the online store bearing the commercial trademarks 'Ganopharm,' 'Ganophen,' 'SempreGiovane,' 'Massimo's,' which is located at the web address www.ganopharm.com.

Every user who enters, transacts, or makes use of the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to as 'visitor,' 'user,' or 'customer,' depending on whether they are limited to visiting the store only or if they also place orders and purchase products and services) is considered to consent to and unreservedly accept the terms set forth here, without any exceptions. If any user does not agree to these terms, they are responsible for refraining from visiting or using the website, as well as from any transaction or use of the online store's services.

B. GENERAL TERMS

B.1. Terms of Use

The company reserves the right to amend or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions freely through the e-commerce store whenever it deems necessary. It is, however, obliged to inform consumers of any changes through the pages of this electronic store. Contracts made through the e-commerce store are drafted in the Greek language.

B.2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the electronic store, including trademarks, logos, images, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, etc., constitute the intellectual property of the company and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law, and international conventions. This includes intellectual property owned by third parties for which the company has obtained usage rights for its exclusive needs and the operation of the electronic store. Furthermore, the company reserves the right to the delivery time of products in cases of force majeure.

The user accepts that they will not use this website for a. illegal collection or storage of data regarding other users, b. sending, publishing, or transmitting any content that is illegal or causes harm to the company or any third party, c. sending, reproducing, publishing, sending via email, or transmitting in any other way any content that infringes on patents, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets, or intellectual property rights of the company or other third parties. The responsibility for the general use of the website and the content of transactions belongs exclusively to the user/customer. Any illegal use of the website automatically results in the termination of the services provided without any prior notice.

All transactions made through the company's website are governed by International and European laws regulating e-commerce, as well as the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994). The company has taken all necessary measures to ensure the maximum possible security. All information related to the personal data of customers is safe and confidential and is provided to the company only in the case where users of the website wish to order products and/or receive informational emails.

B.6. Ordering through the Electronic Store

Placing an order through the electronic store constitutes a distance selling contract regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended.

The ability to validly place an order through the electronic store is granted to the user/customer if they are legally competent, as per the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (provided they have reached the age of eighteen and are not under judicial representation regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Legal entities' representatives may also place orders, while the company reserves the right to demand from the guardian or custodian the annulment of any orders placed by legally incapacitated individuals.

The ordering process through the electronic store is carried out by completing a specific form with the necessary details to conclude the sales contract. The unconditional acceptance of the sales contract terms and the terms of use is granted to the interested party through the website.

To facilitate and serve all those who wish to make purchases from the electronic store, the company offers the following alternative payment methods:

• Cash on delivery (only for Greece) at the time of product delivery.

• Using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and Diners credit, debit, and prepaid cards.

• Through the Masterpass electronic wallet.

The consumer is informed by the company through the website, before completing their order, about the supplier's identity and address, the essential characteristics of the product, the price, quantity, shipping costs, payment and delivery method, the duration of the offer's validity, the possible offer price, and the right of withdrawal.

Upon sending the order form, the consumer receives an online copy of their order, which they can save.

The prices listed below each product in the relevant catalogs include VAT (24%), and the company reserves the right to adjust prices without the obligation to inform the consumer.

Customers outside the European Union may be subject to financial charges due to exchange rate differences, customs duties, etc., for which the company bears no responsibility.

B.7. Cancellation of an Order

A customer has the right to cancel an order within one (1) working day from its placement. Cancellations can ONLY be made by phone at +30 22920 60153.

After the aforementioned period has elapsed, cancellation cannot be accepted.

B.8. Right of Withdrawal

A customer has the right to return the entire order or part of it without being obligated to state the reason for desiring the return of the products, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer. If the reason for the return concerns an error on the part of the company, the company commits to cover the cost of product return.

A customer is obliged to return the product in its original condition, without any violation of its packaging, and ensuring that the product's special markings have not been removed. In addition, the return will be accepted only after the company's approval.

In the case of product returns, depending on the payment method and the return method, the customer's refund will be completed within 8 working days from the date the company receives the products.

If the reason for the return pertains to an error on the part of the company, the company undertakes to send a courier to the address specified by the customer for the recollection of the order at its own expense.

In the event that the customer wishes to return the order without any fault on the part of the company, then the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Once the product for return has been dispatched by the customer, the company will collect it within 1-2 working days (applicable for returns within Greece through ELTA Courier). If the customer chooses any other courier service, the company cannot provide any guarantee regarding the delivery times of the returned product.

Upon receipt of the product, the customer's request is promptly processed, and the customer is informed via email or by phone.
